Eligible Refunds

Return Period
Customers must request a return or refund within 7 working days of receiving their order.

Provide your order number along with clear photos of the product.

Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned to Herbelle.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed if it meets our return conditions.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
