Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or broken.

  • The product is defective or unusable upon delivery.

Return Period

Customers must request a return or refund within 7 working days of receiving their order.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support within 7 working days.

  • Provide your order number along with clear photos of the product.

  • Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned to Herbelle.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed if it meets our return conditions.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Products returned after 7 working days.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
